Our all-wheel-drive 340i xDrive test car had a 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder turbocharged to produce 320 horsepower. But what's really remarkable is the way that power is placed. German engineering is as good as it gets, and the 3 Series embodies a true luxury-sport sedan in every way.
