This APU is part of the Rembrandt die (fused-off 2 CPU cores and 6 GPU CUs), officially iGPU can go up to 2400 MHz out of the box. At the same clock with half CUs should put less strain on the APU. The hard limit of voltage is less than 1.3V, I recommend around 1.1V max for GPU Core Voltage (2400 MHz 1.113V for my case, may vary depending on system and binning) and avoid getting near 1.2 volts. I would say this "soft overclocking without modifying voltage" is relatively safe with low voltage, capable VRMs, and good thermal performance.
