The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival 2026 (KGAF) is Asia’s largest multidisciplinary street arts festival, transforming the historic South Mumbai precinct into a sprawling open-air gallery from 31st January to 8th February 2026. This year’s theme, "Ahead of the Curve," celebrates the fusion of Mumbai’s rich heritage with futuristic creative expressions, featuring over 400 curated programmes spanning visual arts, dance, music, theatre, and literature. Iconic locations like Cross Maidan, the Cooperage Bandstand, and various art galleries become vibrant hubs where artists and enthusiasts gather to experience the city's unique cultural pulse. Beyond the massive art installations, the festival offers an immersive experience through its bustling Kala Ghoda Market, showcasing traditional crafts and contemporary designs from across India.
