The Wreck of Kursk – Russia’s Submarine Mystery

Few shipwrecks, in the modern day, are as famous (or infamous) as Kursk. At least, once you get past obvious ones like Titanic. Kursk's sinking rocked the world. I can still remember how much it was over the news at the time. And how for years afterwards, you would have documentary after documentary on the sinking. It was perhaps the first truly publicized shipwreck of the internet era, for better or worse. This has, of course, led to the usual conspiracy theories. I personally fall on the 'official explanation is most likely' simply because it has the least amount of holes in it. That said, this video will focus more on the wreck after her salvage. I may do a dedicated video on the sinking at a later date, though.
