Recently, my friend Kenzie (‪@kenzieelizabeth‬) and I co-hosted a 5 course dinner party at her place, and the theme was "Paris, Texas". It's all about a French/ Texan mashup with some high/ low food pairings and it was seriously so much fun! For some of the recipes, I was able to recreate them from memory (like the French Onion Soup), or followed some tried and true faves (like Broma Bakery's chocolate mousse) but the rest were all brand new to me!
