They walk and talk like humans but possess in fact more feline habits and quirks then humans. They can grow very attached to their “master” provided they are treated with love and care, companions for life. They are also rare and very sought after. Why anybody would then treat them like nothing more then a trophy to be flaunted and bragged about has always been beyond you. Just like actual Cats some people will abuse and neglect them. Some Nekos even get abandoned. Having recently lost your own loyal Neko friend, nothing breaks your heart more then to hear those stories.
