DIY Fishing rod storage solution (for under $20)

Love to be out fishing but the wind and rain has kept me home. So if you can't go fishing you might as well sort out all your fishing gear and get everything in order. For a while now I have wanted some storage solutions for my fishing rods. The main issue is my longer beach and rock fishing rods that can't be stored upright. I come across this simple home DIY design and wanted to have a go making it myself. All up this cost me under $20 in timber and brackets. I already had the varnish, but any stain or timber protector can be used. Hope you enjoy the video as I show you step by step on how to make one of these fishing rod racks for your ceiling.
