Strain Review Sesh! || Hashy Double Feature - Blackwater Cough & ChemGlizzy Reprise by HeadChange!

Hello! Today's review is a little bit different than usual. I couldn't decide which of these I really wanted to review and only really had time for one. So I'm doing both at the same time! The two strains in question are Blackwater Cough and ChemGlizzy (Reprise) live rosins coming from Head Change that I grabbed from Easy Mountain! To start I'll quickly list off some numbers. Blackwater Cough - Grape Gossip x Jealousy Split x Grape Kush Total THC: 74.57%, CBD: .47%, CBG: .39%. Total Terps: 8.27%. Top Three: b-Caryophyllene 2.58%, d-Limonene 1.44%, b-Myrcene 1.19% Hash Notes: "Grape and Citrus Punch" ChemGlizzy (Reprise) - ChemDog OG x SuperBoof Total THC: 67.45%, CBD: .33%, CBG: .66%. Total Terps: 5.86% Top Three: b-Caryophyllene 1.99%, d-Limonene 1.52%, b-Myrcene .55%. Hash Notes: "Sweet and Salty Trail Mix with Fruity Bitters" Blackwater Cough is a fairly pungent strain both on the nose and flavor. It has a predominantly peppery and creamy profile with lighter citrus notes which gives it just a slight fruitiness to me. Honestly the hash notes could be swapped on these two and I'd agree with them a little more. Effects were decent. Definitely leaning towards a more relaxing strain with some slightly uplifting and spacy qualities. It worked well for pain relief and mood regulation at a small dose. Definitely too buzzy for me at a larger dose. Stats: Appearance: 8 Consistency: 9 Nose: 9 Flavor: 9 Effects: 9 ChemGlizzy (Reprise) is a wonderful redux of their previous ChemGlizzy strain. The original featured Cookies Dos in the mix rather than the SuperBoof. Personally, I get along with this one a lot more! The nose and flavor are great. Hashy notes peak on the nose and the chemy and fruity notes really take control on the flavor. Was very enjoyable. Even so with the effects. I found this one to be relaxing, happy, and at a higher dose, sedative. Despite the hybridized nature of SuperBoof, I commonly react to it this way. It worked very well for pain of all kinds, mental health in general, appetite, and even helped me sleep. Stats: Appearance: 10 Consistency: 9 Nose: 9 Flavor: 10 Effects: 10 Thanks for reading along!
