The result is good. 材料 Ingredients: 魷魚1隻 Squid 1 count 小黃瓜2根 Cucumber 2 counts 雞蛋1顆 1 Egg 地瓜粉適量 Potato Flour 胡椒鹽適量 Asian Pepper-Salt 作法: 1. 魷魚洗淨, 把腳上的吸盤都清掉 Wash clean the squid and rinse out the mantle and the tentacles 2. 拿出魷魚嘴. 把內臟挖出 Remove the squid mouth. Clean out the organs 3. 撕掉外膜. 把挖出得內臟切除 Clean out the outer skin. Cut away the organs connected to the head 4. 先塞入一根小黃瓜. 把第二根小黃瓜切半, 再分別塞入魷魚 Stuff the squid with first cucumber. Cut the second one in half and stuff on the both side of the first cucumber. This fits better 5. 用竹籤把油開口封住 Use a wood stick to seal off the opening 6. 打一顆蛋. 在魷魚上刷上雞蛋液 Beat the egg, egg wash the whole squid 7. 準備好一個盆, 撒上地瓜粉 Set a pan. Lightly spread the potato flour first 8. 放上魷魚, 再稍微撒上粉. 讓魷魚裹上地瓜粉 Place the squid over the flour, then spread more flour over the squid. Coat the squid well with potato flour 9. 先在魷魚上方噴點油 Spray some oil over the squid 10. 把魷魚放入氣炸鍋盆裡. 在噴上油. 確定在上面的粉都有吸到油 Place the squid in the Ary Fryer pot, spray over more oil to ensure all the flour on the top are well oiled 11. 放入氣炸鍋內, 設定375F, 先氣炸12分鐘 Put in the Ary fryer machine, set to 375 degree F, air fryer for 12 minutes 12. 時間到後, 把魷魚翻面. 在噴上油 Once the time is up, take out the pot. Turn the squid around. Spray over oil again 13. 放回氣炸鍋, 開375F, 氣炸8分鐘 Then Air fry for another 8 minutes at 375 degree F 14. 氣炸完成. 拿出魷魚. 移除竹籤, 切大塊 Once done. Remove the squid from the air fryer. Place on the cutting board. Remove the stick and chop the squid 15. 全部切好, 撒上胡椒鹽. 可以享用了 Place the chopped squid on a plate, spread over some Asian pepper-salt and serve
