Hey and welcome to the second video in our new series, Bug Out 101. I started this series when a friend from up North asked me for some advice on how someone who had never been an outdoorsman might go about putting together an emergency/bug out bag. Tonight I thought I'd cover first aid. Speaking as someone with over 37 years of experience in the Healthcare Field, accidents are a simple fact of life and they will happen when they are the most inconvenient. So come along. I'll look at 3 or 4 premade first aid kits to give you an idea of what sort of kits are out there for you to choose from; and I'll also look at some of the things I think you should include in any kit, even one you put together yourself.
