Here's an easy vegetable recipe that is whole food, plant based and full of delicious PROTEIN! It's compliant with the no sugar, no flour Bright Line Eating style of eating that I follow and also the whole food plant based nutritarian diet! I've explained in the video how I measure to make 1 vegetable serving for Bright Line eating. It's also compatible with Dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian diet, Dr. MacGregor's How Not to Die plan, and Michael Pollan's advice to "eat food. mostly plants. not too much." Recipe: Stir “Fried” Long Beans and Veggies (makes 6 bright line eating servings) Ingredients: 1 lb 2 oz long beans and 9 oz snap beans (OR 2 lbs of any type of regular green bean) 5 small onions (I used both red and white) Small container mushrooms (I chose shitake) 10 Thai chili peppers 2 small bell peppers 2 cups vegetable broth 2 Tbsp. Garlic paste 2 Tbsp. Ginger paste 2 Tbsp. Berbere seasoning 1 Tbsp. Tamari sauce 1 Tbsp. Onion powder Chili powder, Chili flakes to taste Sea salt [3 oz chopped Peanuts][optional] Instructions: Start by bringing 15 cups of lightly salted water to a boil Remove ends of beans, and into 5-6 in segments (if needed) cook in boiling water for 5 min, stirring occasionally - when finished, set aside on a plate.
