I really want to do some more videos, so please let me know which ones you like :) A little bit about me… After studying Law (LLB) I combined my passions for IT and development as a technical trainer and was fascinated by how people think and learn. So, I began to take static content out of the classroom and focus on experiences that enabled people to practice and experience learning rather than simply consume content. My courses increased pass rates for technical training by 300% and I won awards for the best training and development in Europe before building and training my teams to do the same.  I have spent over 20yrs working in learning and development, and am now a Global Head of Learning & Development for a FTSE 250 business as well as running my own boutique learning consultancy business. I typically build learning and development teams to offer programmatic learning solutions that support managers, leaders and professionals to improve their personal performance. I enjoy running management essentials, leadership essentials, expert leadership and senior leadership styles workshops as well as performance management bitesize sessions.
