I show you all the top tips, travel advice in this travel guide of 2 days in Brussels!! Where to stay in Brussels what to do, where to eat. I hope you enjoy! We started the trip off in London at St Pancras to get the Eurostar! We have breakfast and then board the Eurostar! I show you inside the train, the seats and luggage space. We arrive in France and then Belgium! We get off at Brussels and then head to the hotel we are staying at! We stayed at Hotel Indigo! We weren't the biggest fan of the hotel so I would definitely stay elsewhere when coming to Brussels but it was good for us when leaving as it was right at the train station to go to the airport. We got the tram out of the centre to try a moules frites restaurant we saw on Travel Man! The restaurant was called Le Zinneke and we had a great night! Simon had mussels in Brussels! The menu was a comic book, food was delicious and we had Belgian beer. Then we headed into the city centre and saw La Grand Place for the first time! It was beautiful. We did a bit of shopping and went into the Hard Rock Cafe Brussels and the Starbucks to get the pin and mug that we collect! We saw a Smurfs mural on a roof at the Hilton! The next day it is the morning of our free walking tour! We booked the tour with Guru walking tour and the meeting point was the main square. We were told all about the building at la grand place. We then walk towards the manneken pis! We see some chocolate shops and the Tintin mural! At the Manneken Pis, he tells us why they think he is there, tell us about his costumes and the other weeing statues as well! He then tells us all about Belgian Frites and which ones are the best ones. We try them later on. He takes us into the Galaries Royales Saint Hubert which is where the upmarket stores are and expensive chocolate shops! They have Pierre Marcolini, Neuhaus and Mary. Neuhaus is the home of the praline so we have to try some of those! We went to the Cathedral of St Michael and St Gudula, the royal palace of Belgium and the tour finishes at Mont des Arts. We then go into the comic museum and see Smurfs, Asterix, Obelix, Tintin etc. We go back to Neuhaus and Mary to try the chocolates. We then try the best fries in Belgium and cafe Georgette. Next it is time to head to the Atomium! I show you how to get to the Atomium by train and I take you around the exhibition. I tell you all about the Atomium and then we get the lift to the top for an amazing view over Belgium. We head back into the city centre for the best liege waffles we've had! We got them from Galet waffles, we got a plain one and a waffle with chocolate sticks. We visit Jeanneke Pis and Het Zinneke before leaving Brussels and find a couple of the comic strip murals including Asterix and Obelix.
