As a #vegan I find myself in the grocery store weekly and truth be told, these days I am way more intentional about the amount of money I spend each grocery shopping trip. I clip coupons when possible and write a grocery list so I don't deviate too far from what our vegan family actually needs. I try to always keep the basics in stock and purchase certain items only if they are on sale. Majority of our meals are made at home, even lunch as we #mealprep in advance so that we can cut down on costs when out and about. If you haven't set a grocery budget, you totally should and you should make a grocery list as well because it holds you accountable! Happy shopping my friends!
