Actor Sheezan Khan has been charged with abetment to suicide in the death of actor Tunisha Sharma and has been behind bars for more than a month. On Thursday, he was not able to secure any relief from the Bombay High Court. The court asked Sheezan's lawyers to pursue the bail plea first before seeking quashing of the FIR.
