Heavy Snow will arrive by late afternoon and evening, with a peak in intensity between 11pm and 6am NY Eastern Standard Time. Winds will be strong, with sustained speeds of 35 mph and wind gusts in the 50mph zone. This will cause whiteout conditions at times, and qualifies for Blizzard Conditions. Temps will run in the 30's, making this a wet and heavy snowpack - dangerous for travel and shoveling for people with health conditions.
