We decided to do something different this Sunday in Las Vegas. Rather than searching for a buffet to fill our hunger, we felt like a nice dim sum brunch would hit the spot. We searched and found a famous Michelin Star Chinese Dim Sum restaurant called Mott 32 and with the claim of being "THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN LAS VEGAS", we cannot resist and need to give this a try! Even better, it turns out Mott32 has an Endless Brunch and Free Flowing Cocktail offering allowing us to sample and fill up on a variety of dishes and drinks. It is important to note that in the offer, we started off with a dim sum platter and an endless selection of small tasty dishes. We were a little surprised that the dim sum was not part of the endless selection; only one dim sum platter which is offered at the start. The endless selection of small dishes were done to perfection using high quality (and higher end) ingredients such as scrambled eggs with truffles and iberico pork, crispy skinned roast pork, more. While all dishes were fantastic, the truffle scrambled eggs with iberico pork fried rice were the ones not to be skipped. At the time of this writing, the Sunday Brunch is offered from 11am to 2pm on Sundays. They are normally closed during the day, but open in the evenings.
