No Flour, No Sugar Okara bread(steamed bread) recipe. #healthyfood Okara, soy pulp, or tofu dregs is a pulp consisting of insoluble parts of the soybean that remain after pureed soybeans are filtered in the production of soy milk and tofu. It is generally white or yellowish in color. This is good for everybody. Highly recommend for babies and kids breakfast or snacks. It’s high in protein and dietary fiber. Ingredients: 20g Okara powder 80g water 2 eggs 4g baking powder Instructions: In a mixing bowl combine the Okara powder and water and mix(enough to absorb the water). Add 2 eggs and whisk well. *If you want a sweet Okara bread then this is the time to add like choco chip, raisins,etc. Lastly, add the baking powder and mix well. Place in the microwave, uncovered, and microwave for 5 minutes and 30 seconds at 600 W. Once done, cover with a plastic dish. Take it out from the microwave. Put it upside down, and let it sit for a while and open. Cut into any shape you want and how many slices you desired. And eat!😋 In my case I wrap some of the okara bread in plastic wrap and keep in the freezer . I divided into 8 slices and wrap it into 4( two slices in each plastic wrap). I give my toddler 4 slices in a day( 2 for breakfast and 2 for snacks in the afternoon). This is only good for 2 days eating for my toddler.😊 Enjoy cooking! Please hit like and share this video.
