Ingredients: Rice 2 Cup Fresh coconut (sliced) 2 Tablespoons Salt - To Taste Mustard Seeds 1/4 Teaspoons Urad Dal 1/4 Teaspoons Oil 1/2 Teaspoons Red Chili Flakes 1/2 Teaspoons Curry Leaves 2 Springs Ginger (Finely Chopped) 1/2 Teaspoons Hing - Pinch Chickpea (Boiled and Mashed) 1/2 Cup Fresh Coconut (Grated) 2 Tablespoons Raw Mango (Grated) 2 Tablespoons Onions (Finely Chopped) 1 Teaspoons Tomatoes(Finely Chopped) 1 Teaspoons Directions: 1.Firstly soak the rice and fresh coconut peaces for 2-4 hours and make a fine paste of it. 2.To that add salt, water and make it like a thin dosa batter. 3.In a hot pan put mustard seeds and urad dal, when mustard seeds crackle, add oil, red chili flakes, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies, hing, chick peas, raw mango, fresh coconut, salt and saute them. Heat tava and pour dosa batter, on top of it put the stuffing and chopped onions, tomato and cook for 2 mins and serve hot.
