Week 3 of more structured training. Sorry for the length, I am trying to keep them shorter but I have just been filming everything. Monday: I did more strength and conditioning to warm up. Bands, leg strength and basics to start beam. Beam my goal was to make 3 of everything without getting off the beam. Wednesday: I also conditioned and warmed up with basics then wanted to make 5 each skill quickly for endurance. I also ended up trying a simple skill set(quick appearance by my dad). Friday: I was pretty sore from the week so I stayed with low numbers of 3 and was only on the high beam a total of under 2 1/2 minutes and hit 15 for 15 skills.
