Description ____________ Rajma is first soaked overnight and then pressure-cooked until soft. In a pan, oil is heated and Jeera seeds are added, followed by onions sautéed until golden brown. Ginger-garlic paste and red chilli are added for aroma. Tomato paste and spices are cooked until oil separates, creating a rich masala. The cooked rajma is then added and simmered with the gravy until thick and flavorful. Finally, garam masala and fresh coriander leaves are added before serving.
