Unattended Veterans' Services at Washington Crossing National Cemetery 1/26/2017

Military Honors were performed in honor of those veterans interred this month who had no one attending their service. Harold Stillstrom US Army, Richard Grant US Marine Corps and Luther Neeley US Navy. A clarification, Luther Neeley's family did attend his funeral services. There names will be read, the Pennsylvania Military Honors team will present the flag to a volunteer who will receive the flag on behalf of all of the veterans. The Guardians will perform the rifle salute and provide live Taps. It is our hope that all cemetery employees will be present along with any interested individuals wishing to attend. Feel free to invite anyone you wish. Clergy of all faiths are invited to attend.
