Cottage Cheese Rugelach: Ingredients: ✔ 200g dry cottage cheese ✔ 80g butter ✔ 150-200g flour ✔ 1 tsp baking powder ✔ A pinch of salt Mix all ingredients and form the dough. Sprinkle with sugar, cut into segments. Carefully roll up the rugelach, dip them in sugar, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Pancakes: Ingredients: ✔ 120g wheat flour ✔ 0.5 tsp baking powder ✔ 3 egg whites ✔ 2 egg yolks ✔ 100ml milk ✔ 1 tbsp sugar ✔ A pinch of salt Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and salt. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks into different bowls. Mix the yolks with the flour mixture, then add room-temperature milk and whisk until smooth. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold the egg whites into the batter. Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.
