Hey all you beautiful people, you! Link to my twitter where I will be uploading the chibi here:   / wanderingfay   I hope you can all forgive me for my long absence, as life has been busy (also with fun stuff like Endwalker and all sorts, not just bad stuff!). Still, I have really missed doing videos, and so I figured doing something with less research behind it would allow for me to produce more, quicker, and I may still upload something that I just read up from the lorebook or similar onto the other channel. Would anyone be interested in me doing some drawing tutorials on the other channel, on an accessible level of course? On an entirely different and more serious note, and feel free to jump over this, if you’re already fed up with RL being really overwhelming, but: The world can be a scary and sad place at times, and perhaps now more than ever. For a lot of us, some scares have gotten closer than ever in the past 2 years, and when I look at the world right now, it really does seem like some things are quite crazy. I’ve noticed that it is easy for me to feel paralyzed and overwhelmed, because there are so many things I cannot influence or have little to no say in. So I am practicing caring sustainably. I care. I care lots! But! It won’t do anyone close to me any good if I am so focused on the horizon that I don’t see where I’m going or if I am standing still. I can be emotionally available to those close to me, and reach out to those I can and support and be there for them. The passing of a great person in the FFXIV community made me realize that I am sometimes putting off reaching out or taking people up on stuff, because I think I’ll have more time or energy for it later, or it will fit better later, or feel more natural or less pushy to do later. Sometimes, there just isn’t a later to be had. I want to give a solemn salutation to a member of the FFXIV community, in fact a community manager, community creator in a way, and also content creator, Rock Druid, who tragically passed away recently. (Link to his channel, here:    / Канал   and to his geological stuff here:    • Видео   ) There will be a memorial held this coming Saturday (tomorrow if this doesn't upload faster!), the 12th of March, 2022 at 2 pm CST at the WtG FC house on Aether in the Mist, and at 6 pm EST on Primal at the New Gelmorra, an FC on Ultros, The Goblet, 8th ward, 28th Plot, and if you knew him at all, do come. And if you didn’t, then I’ve linked some videos below so that you might get to have an idea of who the guy was - and maybe? consider coming anyways.
