How has Leica Geosystems added Xwatch 3D collision avoidance to its MC1 3D machine control solution?

Peter Haddock caught up with technology specialist Eurig Price at the recent launch event with Flannery Plant Hire to find out more. Eurig: “The new integration with Xwatch allows users to create or import 3D avoidance zones above and below the surface area directly into our MC1 machine control software. “This means operators can have a full 3D site model with them on our in-cab tablet, complete with 3D exclusion zones for above and below the ground. “There is no need for an additional screen in the cab.
