I knitted my dress using 3 mm / US 2.5 needles, but the tutorial includes calculations for 3.5 mm / US 4 and 5 mm / US 8 needles. Phildar recommends their Oxygène light-blue yarn for this model, worked on 3 mm needles. I used yarn from my stash (unknown label), approximately 750–800 g / 26–28 oz for Size Group 4. For reference: • Sweater version: ~550 g / 19 oz • Dress version: +200 g / 7 oz for the skirt extension → ~750–800 g total I knitted the dress in an oversized fit based on European size 46/48 (US 14/16).
