Please note, none of the items that I make in my videos are toys: they are not for children. All of my miniatures have small parts and are made with a variety of tools and materials. They are also not edible. Please do not follow my videos as tutorials - they are made as diary entries to show you the progression of my doll’s house makeover. In this video, I experiment with different ways to add the coal and lighting to my Tudor dollhouse miniature fires and ovens. In a previous video, I showed how to make the dollhouse coal. By the end of this video, the coal is in place, and glowing! Please don’t copy my method of adding lighting - I’m not trying to persuade anyone to dismantle their battery operated candles. For health and safety reasons I advise against it! I didn’t alter any electrics or components. If you’ve enjoyed watching this video but you’re new to my channel, here’s a little bit of information… A while ago, I found an old dollhouse at the local recycling centre. I bought it for £15. As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to transform it into a miniature, twelfth scale Tudor Hall. I decided to use my YouTube channel to document the makeover, to share each step with everyone who enjoys miniatures, diy, crafts, art and model making.
