Fixing A Cracked Storm Water Drain Pipe | Expert Plumber | Gold Coast Plumbing Experts

Hey Legends it's Pete here from Gold Coast Plumbing Experts. Out here today in Ormeau, we've found a broken pipe on the camera. Our client noticed it because all her trees started to die just in the spot over there. So when they started to die off because they drowned under the water so she's got a broken storm water pipe. So what we're going to do is, we've just put the camera in here, located the broken stormwater drainage, it's a crack in the pipe so uh stay tuned. So after locating the cracked storm water pipe, we've dug down and repaired it. Which I'll show you now. I used two slip cyclings, cut out the crack, completely repaired the pipe. We've ran the camera up so it comes from the street down there all the way up through here, picks up that drain and the two downpipes down the side of the house. No further cracks in the drainage, so we'll backfill this and leave it all cleaned. So I've just backfilled the hole and we'll give you a look, finished product. Never even know we're on site.
