See steps in English below (English and some Amharic words) Ingredients: Teff flour (3 and 1/2 cups) Barely flour (5 cups) Rice flour (1/2 cup) ersho (3 table spoon (I don't use a lot of ersho)) Water Day 1 1. We will make absit (1/2 cup teff, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup hot water (boiling)) Combine 1/2 cup teff and water, and stir well Add the teff/water mix to 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir it well Let the absit cool 2. Now, add 3 cups of teff, 2 cups of barely and 1/2 cup of rice flour together in a bowl Then add the absit and some water Combine everything using your hands Combine it well, use about 2 and 1/2 cups of water Follow video to see what it looks like Let it stay over the night Day 2 3. Now we will use 3 cups of barely and water Add 3 cups of barley and water (3 cups or more), mix it well with hand Follow video to see what it looks like Let it stay over night Day 3 4. Now it is fermented and we will take out the water then use the water to mix it Remove the water as shown in the video, we will reuse it use the water taken out and mix it well as shown in the video We will add the water depending how thick we want the Injera to be Now the mix is ready to make injera.
