To keep the hot and simmer plate surround on your Everhot looking its best, you should wipe it down after every use using a damp cloth and Barkeepers Friend. Should want to give it a deep clean you will need Oven Gloves, a Dishwasher, Barkeepers Friend, a scourer scrub and an Abrasive Block.
