The Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art (APT) is QAGOMA's flagship international contemporary art event, and the only major exhibition series in the world to focus exclusively on the contemporary art of Asia, the Pacific and Australia. APT4 focused on a substantial body of work by 16 artists and a performance collective featuring works by a core group of influential artists from the Asia Pacific region who had challenged and shaped the course of contemporary art and modern culture over four decades — Yayoi Kusama, Nam June Paik and Lee U-fan. These works are supplemented by a younger generation of artists who had explored related ideas and themes. BLOG: https://blog.qagoma.qld.gov.au/catego...
