Here is my working model scale model of a goodwin barsby jaw crusher. It was just a static model when i found it in poor condition keeped in a barn for many years before it was found then taken apart and fully polished and painted then rebuilt! I then decided to mount it on a wood and fit an electric motor onto it but the motor?gearbox I put on it was to fast so i fitted a smaller electric motor without the gearbox and it now runs the correct speed the same speed as a full size crusher would run! after i got it running at the correct speed my dad said why dont you see if it would crush some sand stone or coal so i got some coal from my dads house and started the crusher up and droped it in and it crushed it no problems the motor slows a little with big lumps of coal but it is only a model so its good that it crushes at all. thanks for looking
