Fixing once again the Blown KTM 250 GS — Can This Old Bike Be Saved?

After the last episode's disaster, the KTM 250 GS was dead in the water. The engine was seized, and it felt like we were starting from scratch. But with a lot of help from my friend Giovanni, we tore the whole thing down and brought it back to life, piece by piece. This rebuild was a major challenge. From timing the new ignition to fighting constant oil leaks, it was a real struggle. But after a ton of troubleshooting, we finally got it to fire up again. We're one step closer to getting this thing back on the road—and on the starting line for the last race of the championship.
