This video features: 1) Kanom jak ขนมจาก (sometimes spelled kanom jark) a taffy like substance made from sticky rice flour, coconut, and palm sugar. The sticky paste is bound in palm leaf and grilled until the edges are charred. 2) Hoy Jor หอยจ๊อ a Thai Chinese crab sausage made from wrapping crab meat in a tofu wrapper.
