This team has interruption, damage and most importantly, bait for triggering a lot of Pain Inverter and Spoil Victor. Immediately call target, when you see a Bound servant! But have Shiro as priority if he is low on health and you know you can kill him first. Use Celestial damage skills on Bound servants only or on Shiro as mentioned above. Use Pain Inverter and Spoil Victor on Shiro only and whenever possible. Keep yourself distant from Shiro and his servants or they will slash you nicely. You may get wiped sometimes. If you lack either skill, you need to combine the skill you do have with your best damage dealing skill bar, otherwise your chance of success will decrease a lot.
