EDIT: Since some people have been asking on why not use the HD collections version on RPCS3, that is because the PS3 emulator is more demanding than PCSX2 and PPSSPP so i made this tutorial with stability and performance in mind - even though they are the same game with "HD graphics" the PS3 emulator on its own requires more of your PC just to run, plus on PCSX2 and PPSSPP you get better save states, cheats and mods support (texture packs, gameplay changes, etc).
