But the rudderless nature of the Democratic Party has created a power vacuum that Booker desperately wants to fill. While Cory Booker was trying not to pee on himself on the Senate floor, Tim Kaine was able to get enough Republicans to pass a resolution in the Senate to end the Trump policy on Canadian tariffs. Instead of rewarding action, Democrats are rewarding stunts.
