The most common series vehicle still on the roads, the 14-year production of the Series III began in 1971 and ceased in 1985. Designed with ‘comfort’ in mind, the interior received a considered overhaul, with soundproofing and tinted glass among the options. Twisted will re-engineer just ten brand new delivery mileage JLR Defenders, all of which were registered in early 2016 following the end of production and represent some of the newest available. Subtle hints from the original Series III; a cocoa interior with contrast sand stitch and our series safari stripe will complement form the nine 110’s and one 90 within this specific batch. As you would expect, we have considerately addressed the usual areas of improvement over the standard car including; upgraded power, braking, handling, steering, sealing and rust protection, to make this special build Defender the driving experience it deserves to be.
