Information about Tunisian crochet hooks: There is a wide variety of Tunisian crochet hooks available, just like there are in standard crochet hooks. The two I am most familiar with, are the firm, knitting needle-looking ones with the crochet hook at the end, and the ones like the one you saw in the video. The one I used in the video, has a soft plastic end that is quite long (so I can make adult-sized blankets). It's made of bamboo, and came in a pack of 12.
