We are a week into our trip and have covered 5 countries within this first week! It was touch and go until the moment we left the UK if we would be able to head off on our Winter expedition, for obvious reasons. Fortunately, we made it into Holland by ferry last Tuesday (21/12/2021) and hit the road, making our way through Germany, then spending some time in Denmark and now we are in Sweden. The trip so far has been magical, spending Christmas in the Swedish countryside, surrounded by pine trees, snow, and frozen lakes, it really has been so special.
