Hi teachers! I finally put together my lesson plan for February. I am not doing anything special for Valentine's day because it's celebrated differently here in Japan. Girls give chocolates to boys but boys don't return anything. They have a reciprocal day in March for boys to give something to girls. Anyway, if you have any questions about my lesson plan, feel free to ask. If you have a better plan, then use it. This video will just aid those who seek new ideas and may want to incorporate them into their lessons. My videos will guide you on how to teach children and even adults in Japan. I teach at an Eikaiwa(English conversation school) and have lessons daily but see each student once a week for a fifty minute lesson. You may find it daunting to teach kids but if you have the right attitude and personality, you will overcome obstacles! Stay positive and watch my videos. Thank you!! In order to teach English in Japan, most teachers will require a Bachelor's degree and clean criminal record. Teaching certification, such as TEFL, is preferred but not required.
