I purchased this product after trying 2 other options for our pots and pans, one shelving unit and one pull out wire rack. This is by far my favorite! It was extremely easy to install (I'm talking 15 - 20 minutes)! The first pot rack I tried had loads of measuring to do, with terrible instructions and it went across the entire top of the cabinet, the whole time I was unsure if I was doing it right, and in the end after a few hours of putting it all together, it didn't fit. When I was searching for other pot rack options easy install was one of the criteria I was searching for and the way they describe the install in their website is exactly what you get! Very easy. The other criteria I was looking for was durability. Glideware Cookware Organizer with 7 Hooks We decided to hang our pans in an upper pantry cabinet and I knew they would probably get an little extra pull from being up high. I am not worried at all about this product. It is SOLID, well built and it really does "glide"!! On top of being very happy with the product, when I did have a question about adding a pull bar to the front of the rack (seeing as we hung it up high instead of in a lower base cabinet) the response I received was quick, kind and very helpful!! If you aren't convinced to by the product based on the product alone, do it to support great customer service (although the product stands quite well on it's own, I assure you!!! : ) ENJOY!!!! I really like that the direction of the hooks can be changed (to face the front or side) to accommodate different pots and pans without a using screwdriver. You just pick the hook up, turn it and drop it back in. Very happy with my purchase. Glideware Cookware Organizer with 7 Hooks Great product and excellent quality. The only problem we had is that we have drawers so if you are considering this, measure the distance from the "bottom" of the hook to the bottom of the cabinet. We were unable to use for skillets but managed to use for some of our pots and pans.
