ATR Short Hops in changeable Fijian weather!

I took two domestic flights within Fiji on Fiji Link. Both flights were operated by ATR 72-600s. The first flight was from Nadi International Airport (NAN) to Suva/Nausori International Airport (SUV) where I connected onto the second flight to Labasa Airport (LBS), located on the island of Vanua Levu. The weather on departure out of Nadi was all sunny but on the way to Suva, the whole island was covered in clouds and there were strong winds on arrival into Suva. The aircraft even bounced on touchdown at Suva. Boarding for the second flight (out of Suva) had to be delayed due to heavy rain. The approach into Labasa later was very bumpy as well.
