RECIPE: 24pcs Strawberries 50 grams chocolate either white or dark chocolate, coarsely chopped Toppings: Chopped Cahshew Chocolate Sprinkles Desiccated Coconuts 1. Wash strawberries and pat dry. Set aside. 2. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate, leave a small piece for later. 3. Once melters, take off heat. Add the small piece of chocolate to temper. 4. Dip strawberries in chocolate. Dip in other desired toppings. 5. Let it dry in a parchment- lined pan. Chill for 30 mins to one hour.
