James Robbins is the director for Studio Acoustics Uk Ltd. He has been working in the field of acoustics for 30 years and has designed and built multiple recording Studios for bands / post production facilities for tv and film and created educational facilities within universities and schools. During this time he has developed a rounded knowledge of the construction industry and is qualified in electrical and air conditioning in order to be able to create a one stop design/build package. Over the last 17 years he has mainly been working with clients testing to comply with Building Regulations Approved Document E (ADE) (Sound Testing) He now spends around two thirds of his time helping clients to create designs that will be compliant and cost effective, as well as being nice places to spend time for the occupiers!
