Madras High Court Rules Out Death Or Rape Charges In Kallakurichi Death Case | Latest News

The Madras High Court has ruled that there will be no murder or rape charges in the Kallakurichi Death case. According to the court, there is no evidence of rape or murder. All 5 accused were granted bail. The court takes cognizance of the suicide note, and the high court rules that the 17-year-old died by suicide and that she struggled with chemistry equations and felt pressure to perform well in school. The high court also stated that there is no evidence that the teachers prevented the student from committing suicide.
