MHA Flags Concern Over Law & Order In Bengal, Directs To Ensure Security During Amit Shah’s Visit

Centre on Friday raised concern over the law and order situation in West Bengal during a meeting between senior officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs and West Bengal DGP and Chief Secretary. The Bengal top officials also said that the state government and police keep preparing from time to time to ensure that any untoward incident does not take place in the coming days. The Union home ministry gave a clear instruction to the top Bengal officials that law and order must be followed in the state.
