Today I am going to show you how to work with IC177 M and IC223 dashboards in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. In this video you will see a complete solution for the calibration, achieved by using AVDI, MN038 License for dashboard calibration in IC177 M and IC223 modules, ZN092 adapter and EM019 emulator specifically created for the purpose of working with these clusters. First, get the dashboard and open it to reveal the PCB. Open the ABRITES software and go to the RH850/V850 Programmer's menu. Select the correct type of dashboard (IC177M) and open the wiring diagrams. Second, unsolder the capacitors as shown and solder the wires of the CB501 cable where shown. Third, read the MCU. Fourth, edit the mileage value to the correct one and write it. Fifth and final step, solder the EM019 emulator's wires as shown in the Emulator Wiring diagram. Close the module and mount it back into the car. The emulator stays inside the module, so make sure you fix it firmly and safely. Watch the video and share your thoughts below.
