This is a voiceover transcript, not a full shotlist: [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE] It's an offensive called "Operation Arrowhead Ripper" -- and it involves roughly 10-thousand U.S. soldiers focusing on pockets of insurgents in one of Iraq's most troublesome provinces - Diyala. Early Tuesday, U.S. and Iraqi troops began a series of raids in Diyala's capital -- Baqouba. The U.S. military says the area has become an al-Qaida sanctuary. The military says torture items -- including handcuffs, swords, and electric cables -- have been found in some militant houses in the area. There is no guarantee that driving al-Qaida in Iraq out these areas will prevent it from setting up shop somewhere else. Elsewhere, after a brief lull in violence, the death toll in sectarian violence skyrocketed in Iraq Monday. At least 111 people were killed or found dead nationwide in different attacks.
