Charles Schwab Dividend Portfolio Cracks $500,000 and $2,000/mo | NUSI XYLD JEPI DIVO ETF

My Charles Schwab Dividend Portfolio now makes $2,000/mo on average in income.. The dividend income portfolio went from $492,167 to $501,838 with straight capital appreciation and DRIP with the addition of some fresh capital. Fire movement and early retirement soon! The average weighted dividend yield on the portfolio is just at 4.85 yield with the CAGR right at 4.29%. The average weighted beta is .91. Although I don't focus on low beta specific stocks or high CAGR stocks, my investing style in general will have lower beta. Some of the larger dividend paying stocks like Apple and Microsoft will have higher CAGR but lower starting yield. This is just the nature of the game. My annual dividend income is now a healthy $24,431 with a monthly average of roughly $2,036. The dividend portfolio has a total of 28 positions. I received several dividends in the month of June.
